Managing your health shouldn’t feel like going it alone. The Coordinated Veteran Care (CVC) program brings together a dedicated team – general practitioner, nurse coordinator and allied health specialists – to chart your course towards better health.
Proactive and personalised, this program covers everything from regular health checks to accessing community networks and support services.
The CVC program is available to Gold Card and eligible White Card holders with an accepted mental health condition. (This excludes non liability mental health cover).
No referral is necessary. Just bring your DVA card and relevant documents.
Yes, we fully bulk bill all eligible DVA card holders.
Absolutely. We encourage continuity with a preferred GP.
Yes, we welcome partners and dependents of veterans.
Yes, our administrative team is trained in DVA submissions.
